Schafer Richardson and Keller Williams Commercial Broker Purchase and Sale of Church Building

Schafer Richardson, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful closing of a church building located at 242 Northdale Boulevard NW in Coon Rapids, MN.  Erin Larson of Schafer Richardson represented the buyer, and Kevin Peck of KW Commercial represented the seller in the transaction.  The building is approximately 4,200 SF and includes 1.47 acres of land.  The buyer intends to begin using the facility for a religious gathering space as soon as this year.
