Tami has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Project Management working for a large financial services company. The past 5 years have been dedicated to working for Synergy Builders as Accounting Manager as well as handling the books for 4 other real estate entities. In this time, Tami was responsible for all construction accounting activity as well as preparing journal entries for properties that were bought, repaired, and sold, bookkeeping for various rental properties, reconciling monthly bank and credit card accounts, preparing financial statements, and handling accounts payables and accounts receivables.
Since 2014, Tami has been responsible for accounting activities related to the merger with Synergy Builders as well as processing payroll for all Schafer Richardson and Synergy Builders employees. Due to the growth within Schafer Richardson and Synergy Builders, Tami is also responsible for Human Resource and Employee Benefits administration.
