Schafer Richardson rehabilitates and sells previously foreclosed single family homes in the Twin Cities Metro to individuals and families. This effort is made possible with Twin Cities Community Land Bank's Foreclosure Recovery Program funds. SR's goal is to help revitalize neighborhoods that have been hit hardest by the foreclosure crisis and bring affordable, quality housing stock back into the market. Currently, SR has completed construction on homes in Minneapolis, Richfield and West St. Paul.
