Schafer Richardson has entered into a contract with Steven Scott Management for the upcoming Third North Apartments.  Third North will start construction in May of 2012 and feature 204 market rate, rental apartments with a comprehensive amenity package when complete.  Steven Scott manages approximately 7,000 residential units in the Twin Cities Metro area.  More information on Steven Scott may be found at: http://www.steven-scott.com/
