Property Management / Brokerage Services

SR Management Services, Inc. was launched in 2008 to manage and lease Schafer Richardson’s commercial portfolio consisting of 21 properties containing approximately 1.21 million square feet of office, retail, industrial, and medical property.  In addition to in-house property management, SR Management Services, Inc also provides third party services in the areas of asset and property management, leasing, development and investment consulting.  The division is directed by Cynthia J. Hable, CCIM, Director of Asset Management and Leasing. Ms. Hable has 23 years of experience in Property Management, Brokerage and Development.  SR Management’s mission is to provide high quality real estate services and to increase the value of real estate for owners, clients, and investors.
