Schafer Richardson and SR Realty Trust Acquire North Loop Warehouse

Schafer Richardson and SR Realty trust are proud to announce the successful acquisition of the Zuccaro’s Produce building in the North Loop, located at 1000 North 3rd Street.  The property will be redeveloped into 60,000 SF of creative office space and Schafer Richardson also plans to construct a 300+ stall parking ramp adjacent to the property.  This acquisition marks SR Realty Trust’s 16th asset in its portfolio, and leasing questions may be directed to Mike Olson at (612) 371-3000 or molson@sr-re.com.
