Schafer Richardson Enters Lincoln, Nebraska Market

Schafer Richardson recently received unanimous approval from the City of Lincoln Urban Design Committee on it’s new, mixed use development to be located at 48^th and Holdrege.  An article featuring the development recently appeared in the Lincoln Journal Star:

Schafer Richardson is partnering with local commercial developer and longtime colleague, Greenleaf Properties, who will manage and lease the 20,000 sf first floor retail portion of the development.  The building, also containing 98 multifamily units, is designed by Studio 951 Architects and will be built by Sampson Construction.  Schafer Richardson is looking forward to working in partnership with the City of Lincoln and community stakeholders on the transformation of a long underutilized and blighted site into a vibrant mixed use property on the north side of Lincoln.
