Schafer Richardson Leases Retail Bay at 71 France in Edina

Schafer Richardson is proud to announce the successful lease of a 1,300 SF retail bay to Serenity Spa & Nails in the 71 France mixed-use development in Edina. Kaylee Pham of KAP Realty represented the Tenant in the transaction, and Erin Larson of Schafer Richardson represented the Landlord.

Serenity Spa & Nails plans to open in 2020 in the building located at 7147 France Avenue, which was developed by Schafer Richardson and features 241 luxury apartment units above approximately 23,000 SF of retail space. There is no remaining vacant retail space for lease.
