Schafer Richardson Leases Retail Space in Eagan

Schafer Richardson is excited to announce the successful lease of a 2,600 SF retail space to F45 Training in its Cedar Cliff Shopping Center in Eagan, MN. Zac Hoang and Lauren Kessler of Colliers represented the Tenant in the transaction, and Erin Larson of Schafer Richardson represented the Landlord.

Ashley Kropp, co-owner of the location stated, “We are so excited to bring the F45 Training model to Eagan! F45 is much more than a gym, it’s a team training environment.
