SR’s Director of Development Featured on AIA Emerging Developers Panel

Maureen Michalski, Schafer Richardson’s Director of Development, was recently a panelist at the 2016 AIA Convention in Minneapolis.  The panel, titled “Emerging Voices in Real Estate: Shaping an Evolving Market,” focused on such topics as demographic trends, characteristics of good design and what differentiates the featured emerging developers from the generation prior.  Excerpts from the panel were featured in a Finance and Commerce article:
