Neal Oxborough Promoted to Fund Controller

We’re excited to share that Neal Oxborough has been promoted to Fund Controller, a new role within our accounting team!

Since joining Schafer Richardson in 2022, Neal has made a major impact on SR Realty Trust’s fund-level accounting.

In his new role, Neal will help oversee REIT financial operations, continue driving process improvements, and lead the hiring and onboarding of a Fund Accountant as we prepare for our next phase of growth.
