The Rosalyn Named Finalist for 2026 ReScape Awards

We’re proud to share that The Rosalyn, a 55+ affordable housing community in Bloomington, has been named a finalist for the 2026 ReScape Brownfield Redevelopment Awards in the Innovation category by Minnesota Brownfields.

This recognition highlights projects that are driving economic growth, revitalizing communities, and advancing sustainable land use through environmental cleanup. The Rosalyn reflects what’s possible when thoughtful development meets community need, bringing new life to underutilized space while creating quality, affordable housing.
