71 France was the winner of the 2016 MADACS award in the category of Best Floor Plan 1 Bedroom/1 Bedroom Den. The Multihousing Achievement in Design, Advertising and Community Support (MADACS) awards give recognition annually to multi housing professionals and associates who have made significant contributions in marketing and management. 71 France was developed by Schafer Richardson and completed in three phases, with the final phase opening in May 2016. 71 France is owned by an affiliate of Schafer Richardson in partnership with IRET properties and Lund Food Holdings.
