The Accounting Specialist is responsible for providing support to the property accounting group as necessary as well as handle all aspects of A/P and A/R Accounting.
The Community Manager has the lead role in all aspects of apartment community’s day-to-day operations including marketing and leasing, administration, customer service, maintenance, and caretaking.
The Assistant Community Manager has the support role to the Community Manager in all aspects of apartment community’s day-to-day operations including marketing and leasing, administration, customer service, maintenance and caretaking.
The Maintenance Technician must be open to any duty assigned by the Community Manager and the specific schedule requirements they establish.
Caretakers are responsible for the overall cleanliness and appearance of an apartment building, its common areas, grounds and related parking structures.
The Leasing Consultant is responsible for achieving and maintaining high occupancy and income through marketing of the property, resident retention, and leasing of apartments to new residents.
The Director of Marketing is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s branding and marketing efforts including development and management of marketing strategies and community relations, as well as oversight of marketing materials and promotion of the Schafer Richardson real estate brand.
