Amanda Cofell, CMCP

Amanda became a part of the Property Management and Leasing team in August 2024, assuming the role of Property Manager. Her duties encompass the oversight of a diverse portfolio of commercial assets spanning industrial, office, and parking sectors across Minnesota.

Amanda began her career in property management in February 2020 and has quickly advanced through the industry, building a strong foundation in both industrial, retail, and commercial real estate operations. She has held progressive roles including Property Associate, Senior Assistant Property Manager, Real Estate Manager, and now serves as Property Manager. Amanda is known for her dedication to tenant relations, operational efficiency, and her hands-on approach to managing properties. Her growth in the industry reflects a commitment to excellence and continuous professional development.

She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Lewis University – Illinois, alongside a Real Estate license in the State of Minnesota. She has also achieved her CMCP certification from BOMI International.
