Brad Junnila

Brad Junnila joined Schafer Richardson as Corporate Controller in 2026, bringing more than 13 years of commercial real estate accounting experience from his tenure at CBRE. In his role, Brad oversees all day‑to‑day corporate accounting operations, including payables, intercompany billings, chargebacks, commissions, treasury, and payroll support. He also leads financial reporting, budgeting, and cash management for Schafer Richardson’s operating entities.

Before joining Schafer Richardson, Brad built extensive experience across the commercial real estate sector, holding key accounting and leadership roles spanning both property‑level and fund‑level financial reporting. He also served as a fractional Controller and CFO with All In One Accounting, supporting small business and non‑profit clients with corporate accounting services.

Brad earned B.A. degrees in Accounting, Finance, and Economics & Business Administration from Augsburg College. Outside of work, he enjoys camping trips with his partner and family.
