Cristina Kemppainnen

Cristina joined Schafer Richardson in February 2025 and serves as Senior Paralegal, overseeing matters related to commercial leasing, real estate transactions and corporate governance. Before joining Schafer Richardson, she worked as an International Corporate Governance Paralegal for a Fortune 500 company based in Minnesota.

Cristina is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico where she practiced law for over 15 years and specialized in corporate and real estate law in various companies and as in-house counsel.  Her practice is focused in corporate, business and real estate transactions.

She has a Juris Doctorate degree from Universidad Panamericana, a Master’s Degree in Commercial and Business Law and specialty studies in Urban and Touristic Law, all from the same institution.

Cristina is currently an LLM candidate from Northeastern University in Boston and expects to graduate in August 2025.
