Justin LaBarre

Justin joined Schafer Richardson in 2025 as an Assistant Property Manager, supporting a portfolio of office properties in the North Loop and Northeast neighborhoods of Minneapolis.

He brings over 17 years of cross-functional experience in operations and property management, having worked across commercial, healthcare, municipal, and event venue sectors. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Justin held property and facilities management roles at CBRE, SP+ Corporation, and the Science Museum of Minnesota, where he specialized in project oversight, process improvement, and data-driven operational support.

Justin holds multiple professional certifications and has extensive training in property management platforms such as Yardi, MRI, and AutoCAD.
