Kelly Thoma

Kelly joined Schafer Richardson in 2026 as a Senior Assistant Property Manager, supporting the Property Management team and assisting with the day-to-day operations of a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. She works closely with Property Managers, tenants, vendors, and internal teams to help ensure efficient operations and exceptional service.

Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Kelly spent 27 years with Cushman & Wakefield, most recently serving as an Administrative Manager supporting property management operations and leading a team of high-performing Property Administrators. She brings extensive experience in property management operations, client and vendor relations, project coordination, and process improvement. Kelly is known for her collaborative approach, strong organizational skills, and commitment to finding practical solutions that improve both the employee and tenant experience.

Kelly earned her degree in Travel from Riverland Community College.
