Nyssa Olson, CPA

Nyssa Olson joined Schafer Richardson as a Fund Accountant in 2026. She brings over 8 years of accounting experience, combining a strong foundation in public accounting with hands-on experience with multi-entity financial operations, including full-cycle reporting, and financial analysis. In her role, Nyssa is focused on supporting the REIT and helping ensure the accuracy and integrity of its financial operations.

Nyssa earned a B.A. degree in Anthropology from the University of Minnesota, then returned for an accounting program. She earned her CPA in 2019 and is a member of the MNCPA and the AICPA. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors with family and friends.
