Sarah Biondi

As the Director of Property Management, Sarah is responsible for leading property operations, portfolio performance, and strategic initiatives. She brings more than 18 years of experience in real estate operations, development, facilities management, and transaction oversight across office, mixed-use, industrial, retail, and residential properties.

Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Sarah led North American real estate and facilities operations for a global organization, managing portfolio strategy, capital projects, workplace initiatives, and operational performance. She also previously oversaw leasing, development, acquisitions, and property operations for commercial and residential portfolios across multiple markets.

Sarah earned a B.A. in Education from Minnesota State University Moorhead and holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree. She is actively involved with local organizations including i9 Sports, High Tech Kids, and The Rescue Crew.
