Stacy Ekholm, CPM, CRM, COS, CMCA

As Vice President of Operations, Stacy Ekholm oversees company-wide operations, including SR Commercial, Construction, Marketing, Human Resources, and Information Technology. With over 25 years of experience in real estate, and operations Stacy leads a cross-functional team of dedicated professionals committed to operational excellence, organizational growth, and delivering exceptional value to stakeholders.

Before joining Schafer Richardson, she was the Chief Operating Officer at Norhart, where she directed operations for a $200 million vertically integrated construction, development, and management company. Her experience includes leading initiatives in software development, leasing centralization, and multifamily asset performance.

Stacy holds a CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), CRM certification from the Minnesota Multi-Housing Association (MHA), COS accreditation from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM), and a CMCA designation from Community Association Managers International (CAI).  She attended Hennepin Tech and studied Property Management and Drafting/Design.
