Jen Nergard, RPA Speaks at MREJ Property Management Summit

We are proud of Jen Nergard, RPA, Vice President, Commercial Property Management and Leasing, who shared her valuable insights on the panel entitled The Importance of Good Management, at the Minnesota Real Estate Journal’s Property Management Summit last week.

“There are two shared goals in Property Management no matter what asset type you are managing, and they are tenant satisfaction and retention, and, building community,” Jen noted.

This was the 19th Annual Property Management Summit and the event was held at the Golden Valley Country Club.
