Just Closed – Faber Lofts

We’re excited to announce the closing of Faber Lofts, a historic redevelopment project in Minneapolis’ North Loop.

Originally constructed in 1890, Faber Lofts is being reimagined into 42 modern market-rate apartment lofts while preserving the character and history that make the North Loop such a unique neighborhood.

We’re proud to contribute to the continued revitalization of the North Loop by transforming a historic property into a place where future residents will call home.
