Machine Shop Building and Event Space Honored as 2016 Top Project

The Machine Shop, a 24,900 SF renovation of a 100-year old building in the Minneapolis historic Mill District was honored this week at Finance & Commerce’s Top Projects of 2016 Event.

Schafer Richardson led the renovation and redevelopment, Synergy Builders was the contractor, the architects were Cermak Rhoades and the Cuningham Group, and engineers were Emanueslon-Podas Consulting, Pierce Pini and Associates and Mattson Macdonald Young.
