Copper at Rosecott is a 141-unit multifamily housing development located at the intersection of Connemara Trail and Adalyn Avenue in Rosemount. The community sits adjacent to Croft at Rosecott, a 164-unit affordable housing development completed by Schafer Richardson in 2024.

Copper is a four-story residential building featuring alcove, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Resident amenities include a clubroom with kitchen, sky-lounge with terrace, sauna, fitness center, grab-and -go market, and a flexible gathering and presentation space. The community is centered around a large courtyard that offers a variety of outdoor amenities, including a swimming pool with sundeck, green space, lounge seating with firepit, and grilling stations with outdoor dining areas.

Copper at Rosecott was designed by UrbanWorks Architecture, constructed by Bauer Design Build, and will be managed by Bader Companies. Financing for the project is provided by Colliers Securities and U.S. Bank Trust Company.
