Croft at Rosecott is a 164-unit affordable housing development located at 14203 Adalyn Ave in Rosemount.

Croft is a four-story multifamily housing building with underground and surface parking. Residential amenities include a clubroom with kitchen, kids’ playroom, teen lounge, work from home/study suites, movie theater, fitness center and a flex space for gathering/presentations.  The large courtyard provides for an array of outdoor amenities including a playground, green space, lounge seating with firepit, and grilling stations with outdoor dining. The building provides 164 one-, two-, three-bedroom apartment options, attracting both individuals and families, with rental eligibility at both 50% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Croft at Rosecott was designed by UrbanWorks Architecture, built by Bauer Design Build, and will be managed by Bader Companies. Funding for the project is provided by Colliers Securities, U.S. Bank Trust Company, the City of Columbus, Huntington Community Development Corporation, the Dakota County Community Development Agency, and Greater Minnesota Housing Fund.
