Lochner is a new 244-unit apartment development that is currently under construction located at the intersection of County Rd. E East and Hoffman Road in White Bear Lake, Minnesota. This is the second phase of development undertaken by Schafer Richardson and is preceded by The Barnum, a 192-unit project completed in the spring of 2021.

Lochner will consist of two buildings, each with four stories of market-rate apartments and one level of underground parking. The buildings will share a single-story common area creating a centralized amenity experience for tenants. Amenities include a fitness center with group/yoga room, club room, co-working space, conference room, game room with multifunction sports simulator, and dedicated bike storage room. The expansive courtyard will include a patio with a pool, outdoor lounge with grilling stations, enclosed pet park, community garden and pickleball court.

The project team includes Amcon Construction as the design-builder, BDH Design as the interior designer, and SR Management Services as the property manager. Funding for the project was provided by Johnson Financial Group as the construction lender and Phoenix Capital Partners as the equity partner.

Lochner will be open for new residents in Spring 2024.
