Rya at RF64 is a 237-unit, Class A apartment development in Richfield, Minnesota. The development site, located at 6300 and 6400 Richfield Parkway, is conveniently located close to Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, and numerous job centers including the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport and the Mall of America. Rya at RF64 is part of a larger redevelopment area that includes 72 for-sale affordable townhomes, developed by NHH Properties and Boisclair Corporation.
Rya at RF64 will consist of two buildings each with four stories of new market-rate apartments and one level of underground parking. This ground up development will feature amenity spaces including two fitness centers; two outdoor patios complete with outdoor kitchens; an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck; library; conference room; spacious community room with kitchen; and on-site staffing. Additional amenities to simplify residents’ lifestyles include a secure package system, secure bicycle storage, and storage space for rent. Apartment homes will have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, backsplash, and an in- unit washer and dryer. Select floorplans will have inset or hung private balconies. Rya at RF64 includes a variety of unit types from 459 square foot studios up to 1,455 square foot three-bedroom units. Parking will accommodate 302 vehicles including 188 in the underground parking structures and 114 on the surface lot.
The project team includes: Kaas Wilson Architects as the architect, Eagle Building Company as the general contractor, Steven Scott Management as the property management, NHH Properties and Boisclair Corporation as land development partners, and Schneider Downs as the equity partner. Funders for the project include: Old National Bank, Bridgewater Bank, and the City of Richfield.
