Square at 48 is mixed-use project with 98 residential units and 20,000 SF of first floor commercial/retail space. The site is located on the east side of Lincoln, near the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s East Campus and Wesleyan University. Residential units are a mix of studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms. On-site amenities will include a 24-hour fitness facility, secured bike storage, and an indoor/outdoor community club room on the fifth floor. The Project broke ground on a formerly vacant site in Fall of 2016 and the residential portion opened on September 1^st, 2017.
