Schafer Richardson performed of Owner’s Representative services for Kami, Inc on The Sixton Apartments in Shakopee, MN.  The Sixton is a 133-unit luxury multifamily development with studios, 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments with upscale finishes.

The Project features a community room, outdoor patio, 24/7 fitness center with private studio, conference room, automated package room, game lounge, rooftop deck with clubroom, secured bike storage room, underground parking, a dog park and pet wash.

The building opened in November 2018.
