Schafer Richardson Announces Completion of Sustainable Mixed-Use Development in Minneapolis, MN

Schafer Richardson is pleased to announce the completion of Viridium, our newest Class A multifamily development in the North Loop neighborhood of Minneapolis. The project, located at 721 North Third Street, transformed a surface parking lot into a six-story, 204,000 square foot mixed-use building with two levels of underground parking.
