It is with great pleasure to announce that Schafer Richardson has successfully closed on Rya at RF64, a brand new 237-unit apartment development located at 6300 and 6400 Richfield Parkway in Richfield, Minnesota. The project will consist of two buildings each with four stories of new market-rate apartments, ranging in size from studio to three bedroom, and one level of underground parking. It will also feature luxury amenity spaces including two fitness centers; two outdoor patios complete with outdoor kitchens; an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck; library; co-working space, spacious community room with kitchen; and on-site staffing. Apartment homes will have stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, backsplash, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Rya at RF64 is part of a larger redevelopment area that includes 72 for-sale affordable townhomes, developed by NHH Properties and Boisclair Corporation.
“The Rya Apartments project is the result of many years of hard work by the city and the development team,” said Richfield Mayor Maria Regan Gonzalez. “The project brings new housing choices to the community and continues the transformation of the Cedar Point area on the east side of Richfield.”
The project team includes: Kaas Wilson Architects as the architect, Eagle Building Company as the general contractor, Steven Scott Management as the property management, NHH Properties and Boisclair Corporation as land development partners, and Schneider Downs as the equity partner. Funders for the project include: Old National Bank, Bridgewater Bank, and the City of Richfield.
