Schafer Richardson Celebrates Grand Opening of Rya at RF64

Thank you to our amazing team members and project partners for joining #TeamSR last week at the grand opening celebration for our newest Class A multifamily project, Rya at RF64!

Located at 6300 and 6400 Richfield Parkway in Richfield, MN, Rya at RF64 includes 237 apartment homes ranging in size from studio to three-bedrooms, surface and underground parking options, and shared indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. Rya at RF64 is the result of many years of hard work by the City and development team and #TeamSR is thrilled to be providing new housing choices to the community and to have assisted in further transforming the east side of Richfield.

Rya at RF64 was designed by Kaas Wilson Architects, built by Eagle Building Company, and is currently managed by Steven Scott Management. NHH Properties and Boisclair Corp. were the project’s land development partners. Funding partners include Schneider Downs (equity), Old National Bank, Bridgewater Bank, and the City of Richfield.
