We’re thrilled to announce that on Thursday, March 20th, we officially closed on Copper at Rosecott, our newest multifamily development in Rosemount, MN!
This project will bring 141 market-rate apartments with top-tier amenities, including:
– Fitness area & sauna
– Game room
– Work-from-home spaces
– Private dining chef’s kitchen
– Upper-level sky lounge
Copper at Rosecott is the second phase of a master-planned community, joining Croft at Rosecott in this growing part of Rosemount. Huge thanks to Peter Orth for his dedication in bringing this vision to life, as well as: Katie Anthony, Clara Wolfe, Ryan Voorhies, Stefanie Sokup, Derek Goodman, Stephanie Francis, Laura Hanneman, and Matt Niedenfuer.
