Schafer Richardson Construction (SRC) Update – December 2020

SRC’s focus is on Schafer Richardson’s owned portfolio of commercial assets with an emphasis on tenant improvement and capital improvement projects.  SRC’s Vice President is Dan Ullom, and he is joined by his team: Mel Vik, Josh Franke, Tom Kirberger, John Klatt, Paul Omann and Randy Olson.

Josh Franke joined SRC most recently in October 2020 as an Assistant Project Manager.  Josh is responsible for assisting the construction team with all aspects of tenant improvement and new development projects. Prior to joining SR, Josh worked for Bauer Design Build as a Project Coordinator and graduated from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.

SRC is completing a tenant improvement project for a new full-service hair salon in the Northeast neighborhood of Minneapolis this month, as well as an 8,000 SF warehouse to office conversion in one of SR’s owned assets, Twin Cities’ Garage Door, located in New Hope, MN (see photos attached of progress).
