Schafer Richardson Executes Lease for Butcher & The Boar Restaurant at Bassett Creek Business Center

Schafer Richardson is proud to announce that it has signed a new restaurant lease with locally owned hospitality group Jester Concepts to welcome the treasured Butcher & the Boar restaurant concept back to Minneapolis in the Bassett Creek Business Center property located at 901 North Third Street.  Butcher & the Boar will feature 12,000 square feet of restaurant and bar space, as well as dynamic outdoor patio seating areas and an onsite parking lot for customers.

Brent Frederick, owner of Jester Concepts said, “We chose this building in the North Loop because we believe this neighborhood is best suited for the Butcher & the Boar concept.  The site has ample parking, which was a big requirement for us, along with numerous opportunities for exciting outdoor spaces.  The building also has great character with exposed timber ceiling and polished concrete floors.”

Bassett Creek Business Center, one of Schafer Richardson’s flagship assets, is located along Third Avenue between 8th and 10th Street in the heart of the North Loop neighborhood.  It is home to many creative office users as well as dozens of residential condominium units.
