Schafer Richardson Hires Sokup as Director of Marketing

Schafer Richardson is proud to announce that Stefanie L. Sokup has joined the organization to serve as the Director of Marketing. Sokup will lead the company’s Marketing efforts and support Schafer Richardson’s Development, Asset Management, Property Management, Leasing, Commercial, and SR Realty Trust teams. Her focus will be on the current affordable and market-rate portfolio, the branding, marketing and leasing of development projects, as well as corporate and commercial media and marketing.

She brings more than 17 years of multifamily marketing and leasing experience: prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Sokup served as VP of Marketing and Project Manager for Real Estate Equities for over 8 years and worked for national multifamily developer, Village Green for 8 years prior to that.

Sokup holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Business from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point and a Master of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
