Schafer Richardson Sells 23,000 Square Foot Eagan Office Building

Schafer Richardson announces the successful sale of one of its suburban office assets, the Cedar Cliff Office Building.  Erin Larson represented the Seller in the transaction, and the Buyer is a newly formed entity that plans to renovate and lease the building.

Cedar Cliff Office Building is a two-story, 23,000 square foot office property located at 2121 Cliff Drive, just northeast of the intersection of Highway 77 and Cliff Road in Eagan, Minnesota.
