Schafer Richardson Signs Nearly 15,000 SF of New Retail Leases at 71 France Project in Edina

Schafer Richardson, Inc. is pleased to announce the successful leasing of 14,756 square feet of street level retail space to six tenants in the 71 France development, anchored by Lunds & Byerlys, in Edina, MN.  The current tenant roster includes: Minnesota Orthodontics, Tide Dry Cleaners, AAA Travel, Camille Albane, grabbagreen and Filament Lighting and Home.  Cynthia J. Schultz, CCIM represented the building ownership in the recent lease transactions.

“It has been a great project to work on which has drawn new tenants to our market, and relocated existing tenants into high-traffic retail space,” said Schultz.  “This Edina location is second-to-none with France Avenue visibility, and 241 luxury apartments above the retail units.  We have several additional leases and proposals in the works for the remaining spaces.”
