Schafer Richardson’s First St. Paul Project

Schafer Richardson and Brodd development recently received approval to enter into a purchase agreement with the City of St. Paul HRA for its first St. Paul Development.  The development will feature approximately 175 market rate apartments and is located near West 7^th, the Mississippi River and downtown St. Paul.  Finance and Commerce recently featured the development:
