Schafer Richardson’s newest St. Paul apartment/retail development featured in Finance & Commerce

Plans for a $17.5 Million workforce housing and retail project in St. Paul hit the Finance & Commerce website yesterday.  Schafer Richardson is teaming up with Peter Brodd to build 97 units at 848 Payne Avenue.
