Schafer Richardson Construction recently completed a tenant buildout project in our Itasca Building in North Loop Minneapolis. Their team crafted a unique space to match the tenant’s vision for a more modern work environment complete with new flooring, light fixtures, fresh paint, and a beautiful break room.
