SR Realty Trust Acquires $32.9M Industrial Portfolio in Kansas City

SR Realty Trust closed on a commercial portfolio in Kansas City, MO. The $32.9M portfolio includes a 500,000sf single-tenant industrial property leased to Wagner Logistics, an adjacent United Rentals facility, and approximately 12 acres of excess land.  The portfolio is structured as SR Realty Trust’s fourth Delaware Statutory Trust, or “DST.”  The acquisition brings the REIT’s Kansas City portfolio to 1.5 million square feet.

SR Realty Trust is a private real estate investment trust offering numerous tax-advantaged real estate investment options, including Section 721 UPREIT and 1031 exchanges, as well as common stock and Time Certificate options for investors seeking preservation of capital, stable income, and growth in their portfolio.

By the numbers, SRRT has declared 39 quarterly dividend payments totaling $50 million, and has more than 52 investments in five states representing nearly 5.4 million square feet.

SRRT continues to be focused on three key areas: strategically transitioning the portfolio across markets and asset classes, managing the balance sheet for even more stable income streams from the portfolio, and building new, lasting relationships.
