SR Realty Trust Completes Acquisition of Multi-Tenant Office Building in Omaha, NE
Minneapolis, MN, July 29, 2016 – SR Realty Trust, Inc., a private real estate investment trust, acquired the Bedford Office Building, a multi-tenant property, located in Omaha, Nebraska. The fully-leased, 13,792 sq. ft. office building is located near the intersection of West Maple Road and I-680.
The property was purchased from 101 Investors through a partnership contribution for $1,800,000.
