Christopher (Kit) Richardson serves as Director and Secretary of the company. Mr. Richardson is a Founding Principal of Schafer Richardson and was a licensed Architect with over 45 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate development, and architecture. Prior to forming Schafer Richardson, he was Vice President with Griffin Real Estate Company as an investment and land sales specialist for eight years. Prior to that, Mr. Richardson co-founded Architectural Associates, Inc., a Minneapolis based design firm with a focus on commercial interiors, in-fill urban projects, and historic preservation. Evan C. Richardson currently serves as Senior Vice President - Investments. Mr. Richardson joined SR Realty Trust’s parent company, Schafer Richardson, in 2013. In that capacity he leads the company’s efforts to structure and capitalize new initiatives, investment funds, single-asset partnerships and joint venture activities. Today, Mr. Richardson is responsible for all capital markets activities within SR Realty Trust. Wade is an attorney with 15+ years of experience in real estate (residential & CRE), business representation, and trust and estate planning. Wade previously served as the Executive Vice President (EVP) and Corporate Counsel for a regional commercial real estate company located in the Greater Twin Cities area. He previously served as EVP and Corporate Counsel for Profinium bank and trust in Minnesota. Wade’s private and in-house legal practice focuses on banking, trusts and estates, finance, technology, real estate and lending, and brokerage law. Since 2015, Wade has taught at Minnesota State University, Mankato in the College of Business and the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology (business law & construction management). In her role as Vice President of Development, Katie is responsible for leading Schafer Richardson’s Development Team and integrating development services with the company’s other service offerings.  Katie joined Schafer Richardson in 2015 and has two decades of experience in the planning, real estate, construction, and sustainable design industries.  Ms. Anthony’s expertise includes new construction, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, neighborhood economic development, and master planning within the mixed use, market rate housing, affordable housing, homeownership, and creative office product types.  Katie is adept at leading teams through all aspects of the development process from feasibility analysis and financial modeling to construction management and marketing & lease-up. Tracy joined Schafer Richardson in October 2023 as our Senior Construction Coordinator who comes to us with almost 10 years of experience in the industry. Paul Gibbs joined Schafer Richardson as Senior Asset Manager in 2022 with a primary focus on office, industrial, and retail assets. Paul brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial real estate including asset management responsibilities for The Excelsior Group and Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for TCF Bank (merged with Huntington Bank in 2021). In his role at TCF Bank, he provided senior leadership for the corporate real estate team through two bank mergers while overseeing the bank’s real estate portfolio, including asset management, strategic planning, transaction management, M&A due diligence, and lease administration for 680 sites in over 20 states. Prior to TCF, Paul was a commercial real estate broker where he focused on tenant representation and portfolio management. Andre received his master’s in public policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs. Cristina is originally from Guadalajara, Mexico where she practiced law for over 15 years and specialized in corporate and real estate law in various companies and as in-house counsel.  Her practice is focused in corporate, business and real estate transactions. Tyler Kollodge serves as Vice President of Acquisitions for SR Realty Trust, where he leads all new investment efforts, including sourcing acquisition opportunities, securing asset-level financing, and managing transactions through closing. With 12 years in commercial real estate, Tyler began his career at CBRE in Minneapolis on a top-performing tenant representation team, assisting local and national clients with their real estate needs. He later joined CBRE Investment Management in Dallas as an Acquisitions Associate on the Southeast Commercial Acquisitions Team, focusing on office, retail, life science, medical office, and self-storage investments across Texas and the Greater Southeast. During his tenure, he invested or committed to invest over $3.2B in projects totaling more than 4.5M SF for CBRE Investment Management’s commingled funds and separate accounts. Most recently, Tyler led acquisitions and asset management for Formation Interests, a Dallas-based real estate equity firm specializing in the acquisition and development of shallow and mid-bay industrial assets throughout Texas and Phoenix. Erin joined Schafer Richardson in February 2016 as Marketing and Leasing Manager for Schafer Richardson Management Services. She focuses on commercial asset and new development marketing initiatives and leasing Schafer Richardson's owned mixed-use, retail, office and industrial portfolio. Erin also works on behalf of third-party owners and tenants (landlord representation, tenant representation, sellers and buyers). With over 22 years of experience, Erin's commercial real estate expertise ranges from leasing (landlord and tenant representation) and sales (private investment and Tenant-in-Common). Mary Lundy is Schafer Richardson's Director of Information Technology and joined the company in 2022.  Mary works closely with the Controller as well as strategically with the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, and she is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the company’s information systems and data security are maintained and up to date. Prior to working for Schafer Richardson, Mary worked for KMS Management for 23 years. Investor Relations Manager, Schafer Richardson

Kelly Manke joined Schafer Richardson and SR Realty Trust in 2025 as Investor Relations Manager on the Capital Markets team. In this role, Kelly is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with the company’s investor base, overseeing investor communications, and supporting fundraising and capital markets initiatives. She plays an integral part in ensuring investors are informed, engaged, and confident in the company’s strategies and performance.

Kelly brings a strong background in commercial banking and financial services to her role. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, she held positions at JPMorgan, Bell Bank, and U.S. Bank, where she worked within their commercial banking groups. In these roles, Kelly partnered with clients across a variety of industries to deliver tailored financing solutions, analyze credit opportunities, and support long-term business growth. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of capital markets, credit structures, and client relationship management.

Corporate Controller, Schafer Richardson

Karley joined the Company in August 2017.  As Corporate Controller, she develops, maintains, and monitors the financial systems and controls for reporting accurate, timely financial information and analysis.  Karley oversees all day-to-day corporate accounting functions such as vendor payables and billings amongst Schafer Richardson’s large portfolio.  She is responsible for compiling timely and accurate monthly financial statements for both Schafer Richardson and SR Construction, LLC.  Karley also helps to oversee all new investment activity and quarterly distributions made by the REIT. Thomas M. Mott joined Schafer Richardson as Vice President, Asset Management in 2020. Tom has over 30 years of experience in commercial property and asset management. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Tom served as Vice President, Asset Management for 9 years. IT Support Specialist, Schafer Richardson

Mickey Mulligan is Schafer Richardson’s IT Support Specialist and joined the company in May 2023.  Mickey works closely with the Director of Information Technology to provide day-to-day technical support to SR associates as well as ensure that all areas of the company’s information systems and date security are maintained, up to date, and compliant. Vice President, Construction

As Vice President, Construction, Matt is responsible for managing and directing all aspects of construction operations as part of the overall organizational strategy, as well as overseeing project execution from start to finish including planning, cost estimating, and staffing. Matt joined Schafer Richardson in 2023 and has wide-ranging experience in construction management including deep expertise in the multifamily industry. Matt’s expertise includes leading project management teams, overseeing contract negotiations, design development, budget preparation, procurement strategy and scheduling. Matt is adept at sizing up strategic parameters in terms of what works and what doesn’t and how a project is likely to impact the pro-forma analysis. Controller - Property Accounting, Schafer Richardson

Lori has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field  focusing on property management accounting since 2002.   Lori joined Schafer Richardson in July of 2008 as the Property Accountant for the new SR Management division of Schafer Richardson.  As Schafer Richardson continued to grow she was promoted to Director of Property Accounting in 2019 and then to Controller - Property Accounting in 2023. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of property accounting including A/R, A/P, G/L integrity.    She is also responsible for ensuring  the proper set up and tracking of new acquisitions within the accounting system.  Along with the oversight of monthly financials she handles year-end tax reporting, tenant CAM reconciliations and cash management for the SR Management and REIT property portfolios. Development Manager, Schafer Richardson

In her role as Development Manager, Rebecca oversees the development process from feasibility through construction management and stabilization. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Rebecca worked on commercial district revitalization, commercial lending, and commercial real estate for the City of Minneapolis Department of Community Planning and Economic Development (CPED) for 18 years. She worked on many projects at the City, including the Kmart site, Fire Station #1, Midtown Global Market, the Peoples’ Way at George Floyd Square, and Upper Harbor Terminal. Her real estate experience spans a wide range of activities from property management, leasing, acquisitions, and dispositions to project management, underwriting, and budgeting. Ms. Parrell received a B.A. in Urban Studies from Augsburg College and has a Masters in Regional Planning from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Michael Raday joined Schafer Richardson as Senior Asset Manager in October 2024 with a primary focus on residential assets.  Michael brings more than 14 years of experience in commercial real estate including asset management and acquisitions responsibilities for Blue Vista Capital Management in his role as Vice President.  In his role at Blue Vista Capital Management, he specialized in the asset management of commercial real estate investments for Blue Vista’s various institutional private equity fund vehicles, and managed a portfolio of assets located throughout the U.S. in the office, multifamily, industrial, retail and hospitality sectors, and was directly responsible for major decisions, asset-level investment strategy and overall business plan execution. Brianna joined Shafer Richardson in 2023 as a Commercial Property Accountant. Her primary role includes assisting the accounting team with the company’s owned and managed properties throughout multiple states. These responsibilities include entering accounts receivable and payables into Yardi, compiling month-end financial reports and bank reconciliations, completing CAM reconciliations and journal entries.
