Bradley J. Schafer serves as Director and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Schafer is a Founding Principal of Schafer Richardson and has over 30 years of commercial real estate experience. Mr. Schafer focuses on debt/equity capital formation, syndication, investment selection, and management oversight. Prior to forming Schafer Richardson, Mr. Schafer was Vice President with Griffin Real Estate Company as a leasing and investment specialist for 10 years. Kit Richardson

N. Christopher (Kit) Richardson serves as Director and Secretary of the company. Mr. Richardson is a Founding Principal of Schafer Richardson and a licensed Architect with over 44 years of experience in commercial real estate, real estate development, and architecture. Prior to forming Schafer Richardson, he was Vice President with Griffin Real Estate Company as an investment and land sales specialist for eight years. Prior to that, Mr. Richardson co-founded Architectural Associates, Inc., a Minneapolis based design firm with a focus on commercial interiors, in-fill urban projects, and historic preservation. He began his architectural career in the office of Ralph Rapson & Associates, having been a graduate program teaching assistant under Mr. Rapson at the University of Minnesota. Steve Norcutt

Steven G. Norcutt serves as Director and Chief Operating Officer of the company. Mr. Norcutt joined Schafer Richardson in 2009 as Principal and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Norcutt has over 30 years of experience in financial management, portfolio management and mortgage origination. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Mr. Norcutt served as Senior Vice President/Portfolio Manager of Structured Finance with ReliaStar (ING) for over 13 years. Greg Springer

Gregory J. Springer serves as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. Mr. Springer joined Schafer Richardson in 2014 and oversees the financial and administrative aspects of the business. His responsibilities at Schafer Richardson include accounting, planning, treasury, risk management, human resources, employee benefits, technology and transaction processing. Before joining Schafer Richardson, Mr. Springer served as the Chief Financial Officer of a privately-held distributor of mid-range computer solutions, and previously held senior financial positions at United Health Group and Arthur Andersen LLP. Mr. Springer has developed an expertise in a broad array of financial and operational activities with a strong orientation to effective business processes, policies and controls. Shanna L. Strowbridge

Shanna Strowbridge serves as General Counsel for Schafer Richardson and SR Realty Trust.  Shanna has nearly twenty years of experience in commercial real estate transactions and leasing matters in both the private practice and in-house counsel settings. She represents our development and acquisition teams in the purchase, sale, development, financing and structuring of master-planned communities and projects. She enjoys working in-house where her business perspective and acumen can be used to identify, understand and assist in resolving the company’s legal and business concerns, as well as provide advisory services to the organizations’ Board of Directors. Her extensive experience within the Twin Cities real estate industry is a valued asset to Schafer Richardson as is her expertise in handling entitlement of projects, property management matters and drafting construction contracts. Evan Richardson

Senior Vice President - Investments, Schafer Richardson

Evan C. Richardson currently serves as Senior Vice President - Investments. Mr. Richardson joined SR Realty Trust’s parent company, Schafer Richardson, in 2013. In that capacity he leads the company’s efforts to structure and capitalize new initiatives, investment funds, single-asset partnerships and joint venture activities. Today, Mr. Richardson is responsible for all capital markets activities within SR Realty Trust. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Evan was a member of the Capital Markets Group at Cushman & Wakefield (formerly NorthMarq). During his tenure, the Capital Markets Group listed, sold, or consulted on more than nine million square feet of commercial real estate representing approximately three quarters of a billion dollars of aggregate value. Katie Anthony

In her role as Director of Development, Katie is responsible for leading Schafer Richardson’s Development Team and integrating development services with the company’s other service offerings.  Katie joined Schafer Richardson in 2015 and has two decades of experience in the planning, real estate, construction, and sustainable design industries.  Ms. Anthony’s expertise includes new construction, adaptive reuse, historic preservation, neighborhood economic development, and master planning within the mixed use, market rate housing, affordable housing, homeownership, and creative office product types.  Katie is adept at leading teams through all aspects of the development process from feasibility analysis and financial modeling to construction management and marketing & lease-up. As a Senior Financial Analyst, Ben is responsible for creating and maintaining the company’s corporate financial models for the purpose of synthesizing data to establish a streamlined analytic foundation. He collaborates with multiple departments to deliver the highest-quality and most accurate information to internal and external constituents. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Ben worked as an Acquisitions Manager for TS REIS, a boutique real estate investment service company located in the Greater Omaha, NE area. While a part of TS REIS, he was the lead of all acquisition and disposition activity across IA, KS, NE, and SD, while overseeing asset on-boarding and management of properties acquired. Jeannie Collins

Jeannie began her Real Estate career in 2012 and joined the Schafer Richardson team in 2014. As a Property Manager, she is responsible for managing a mixture of commercial real estate properties around the Twin Cities owned by Schafer Richardson and third party. Her emphasis is in building strong tenant relationships while administrating day-to-day building operations, financial reporting and  budgeting, vendor management and contracts. Emily Culpepper, RPA

Emily joined the Property Management and Leasing team in August 2018 as a Property Manager. She comes with over 10 years of property management experience with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and Real Estate from St. Cloud State University (SCSU). She is involved in the Real Estate Alumni Association for SCSU, BOMA Emerging Leaders Council and obtained her RPA designation in 2018.

Her background varies from third party ownership types to in house management, suburban properties to downtown skyscrapers, onsite roles to multi-property portfolios all ranging in property type of industrial, office, medical office and historic office asset types. She enjoys value add opportunities where she is exposed to design, development and construction along with problem solving and relationship building with owners, tenants and vendors.

Kim joined the Schafer Richardson team in 2015. She comes to the team with over 30 years of administrative and office management experience. Her organizational skills, her ability to take the initiative, and her talent to catch on quickly have proven to be a great asset to the company. Aaron Haho

Aaron joined Schafer Richardson in April 2018 as Property Administrator for Schafer Richardson Management Services. His responsibilities include assisting property managers in preparing default notices and tenant correspondence letters, managing and tracking Certificates of Insurance for all tenants and properties, processing lease documentation in the Yardi Accounting System, and preparing portions of monthly financials. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Aaron owned and operated a small business specializing in facilities maintenance and handyman services. Tami Haight

Before joining Schafer Richardson, Tami was handling Accounting activities for six real estate entities and two construction companies including Synergy Builders.  In November 2014, Schafer Richardson formed Synergy Builders LLC which merged Synergy Builders, Inc. and SR Construction.  Due to the growth within Schafer Richardson, Tami moved from Accounting to Human Resources. Tami has over 20 years of Human Resources, Benefits, Payroll, and Project Management experience.   She is responsible for managing the Human Resource, Benefits, and Payroll activities for Schafer Richardson and its affiliates.  This includes serving as a liaison between employees, management, and executives as well as acting as the primary resource on Human Resource related issues. Laura Hanneman

Laura J. Hanneman joined Schafer Richardson and SR Realty Trust in January as a member of the Capital Markets team and is the Investor Services Manager. In this role, Laura works on all aspects of the Company’s investor relations, equity sales, and marketing efforts. Most recently, Laura was a part of the Minneapolis Multi-Family Investment Sales team at CBRE. She brings nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience and involvement in over four billion dollars of investment sales to Schafer Richardson and SR Realty Trust. Justin Harvey

Justin joined the Schafer Richardson team in 2017. His primary role includes assisting in the accounting of the company’s owned and managed properties throughout multiple states. Additional responsibilities include entering accounts receivable and payables into Yardi, compiling month-end financial reports and journal entries, completing CAM reconciliations, and scanning checks to the banks. Randy has over 30 years of experience in accounting and management in real estate related fields including real estate franchise systems, senior and affordable housing development, project management and property management in both profit and non-profit sectors. Amanda Janzen

Amanda Janzen is the Senior Development Manager and joined the Schafer Richardson development team in 2013. She is responsible for guiding all phases of real estate development including predevelopment due diligence, securing public/private funding for project finance, guiding design, overseeing construction, coordinating staff and project consultants, and managing project lease-up. Amanda holds a Masters in Urban Planning from the Humphrey School at the University of Minnesota. She is currently on the Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute’s Young Leaders Group, a Developing Leaders committee member of NAIOP, and a lead on the planning committee for Women in Real Estate and Urban Planning (WIRED UP). Alyssa Klimek

Alyssa joined the Property Management and Leasing team in February 2017 as an Assistant Property Manager. She was promoted to Residential Leasing and Property Manager in April 2019. Erin also works on behalf of third-party owners and tenants (landlord representation, tenant representation, sellers and buyers). Erin has 14 years of experience in commercial real estate, ranging from leasing (tenant and landlord representation) to investment sales, with an emphasis on nationwide Net-Lease sales. Karley McQuillan

Tom Mott

Thomas M. Mott joined Schafer Richardson as Vice President, Asset Management in 2020. He is responsible for the financial and strategic goals of SR Realty Trust and affiliated Schafer Richardson properties. Tom has over 25 years of experience in commercial property and asset management. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Tom served as Vice President, Asset Management for 9 years. Jennifer Moya joined Schafer Richardson in May 2019 and serves as Senior Paralegal.  In this role, Jennifer is responsible for the preparation and review of real estate and legal documents including leases, amendments, commercial and service contracts and purchase and sale agreements.  Jennifer drafts organizational documents, establishes corporate entities and files property tax appeals.  In addition, she supports the General Counsel with due diligence on acquisition and disposition transactions, closing documents and all other real estate matters. Lori Parks

EMAIL: DIRECT DIAL: 612.359.5847 Lori has over 30 years of experience in the accounting field  focusing on property management accounting since 2002.   Lori joined Schafer Richardson in July of 2008 as the Property Accountant for the new SR Management division of Schafer Richardson.  As Schafer Richardson continued to grow she was promoted to Senior Property Accountant and then to the Director of Property Accounting in 2019. Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of property accounting including A/R, A/P, G/L integrity.    She is also responsible for ensuring  the proper set up and tracking of new acquisitions within the accounting system.  Along with the oversight of monthly financials she handles year-end tax reporting, tenant CAM reconciliations and cash management for the SR Management and REIT property portfolios. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson Lori served as a property accountant for Griffin Companies.

Charles Patterson

Charles Patterson joined Schafer Richardson in 2017 as the Lead Building Engineer overseeing operations for the Osborn370 Building in Downtown St. Paul. Charles has 20 years of experience in facility operations, specifically in manufacturing facilities.  Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Charles worked for Multek Flexible Circuits in Northfield, MN where he supervised a team of seven that operated a plant containing approximately 300,000 square feet. Dan Ruehl

Dan K. Ruehl joined Schafer Richardson in 2018 and serves as the Acquisitions Analyst for SR Realty Trust.  He is responsible for underwriting, due diligence and reporting functions for SR Realty Trust. Prior to joining Schafer Richardson, Dan was a Real Estate Manager with CBRE where he managed 2,000,000+ square feet of retail, office and industrial real estate and did site inspections on another 5,000,000+ square feet of big box retail spaces. Anna Scheetz joined the Schafer Richardson team in June 2020. As the Senior Asset Manager, Anna is responsible for executing the overall asset management strategy of SR Realty Trust and affiliated Schafer Richardson entities.  Anna has been working in commercial real estate since 2011 and brings experience managing all types of real estate including office, industrial, multifamily and senior housing. Most recently, Anna was the Vice President in Asset Management at Wildamere Capital Management and has held roles at The RMR Group and Welsh Companies/Colliers International. Dan Ullom

Dan is an experienced construction professional with more than 16 years of increasing responsibility for a wide range of retail, commercial, industrial, multi-family and hospitality projects. Dan has extensive experience in negotiating construction contracts and both private and public easements. He has also been a critical partner in securing municipal development approvals for projects including for the redevelopment of a 50 acre corporate headquarters campus and for major renovations to historical properties. Dan is dedicated to providing timely and exceptional customer service. He enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to see challenges as an opportunity. Clara joined Schafer Richardson in April 2019 as Senior Development Accountant. Her responsibilities include development project analysis, cost tracking and reporting, processing draws and partnering with the Development team.  Clara also works with the Accounting Manager on reviewing loan and equity partnership documents, the project close process, preparing monthly statements, and other various project accounting responsibilities. Clara brings over 17 years of experience in real estate and property management accounting, including commercial, multifamily and hotels with her most recent position related to development and capital expenditure accounting across multiple real estate types. Stephanie Zula

Accounting Specialist, Schafer Richardson

Stephanie joined the Schafer Richarsdson team in May of 2018.  Stephanie has over 25 years of accounting experience.  In 2003 Stephanie relocated from Phoenix to Minneapolis where she fell into property management accounting and has remained in the industry ever since. Stephanie is primarily responsible for the timely processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
