Two New Retail Leases Signed at 71 France

Schultz, CCIM and Erin Larson of Schafer Richardson, Inc. are excited to announce the successful signing of two retail leases at the 71 France Development in Edina.  Capriotti’s, a Las Vegas-based fast casual sandwich shop chain currently operating in 16 states, will be opening at 7143 France Avenue.  This location will be the first Capriotti’s store in Minnesota (http://www.capriottis.com).
