Viridium and North Loop Park Win Environmental Impact Award

Schafer Richardson is proud to announce that its development, Viridium, and the adjacent North Loop Park, won a MN Brownfields ReScape Award in the Environmental Impact Category at last night’s gala.

Schafer Richardson transformed a surface parking lot into a LEED Certified mixed-use building with a focus on wellness, and a green space in one of the only neighborhoods in Minneapolis without a park within a half-mile walking distance.
