Viridium and Timber & Tie Nominated for 2023 Minnesota Brownfields ReScape Awards

We are excited to announce that two Schafer Richardson projects are nominated to the 2023 Minnesota Brownfields ReScape Awards! Viridium and Timber & Tie are nominated in the Environmental Impact category.

Each project transformed urban brownfield sites to multi-family housing and greenspace in the North Loop and Northeast Minneapolis.

Minnesota Brownfields and members of Minnesota’s redevelopment community will gather to celebrate finalist projects demonstrating innovation, collaboration, and exemplary results in revitalizing formerly contaminated land.
