Andre Ingram

In his role as Development Associate, Andre is responsible for supporting the multifamily development team through all aspects of the development process including site selection, underwriting, and entitlements/permitting. Prior to his current role, Andre contributed his expertise on the Mixed-Use development team at Ryan Companies.

Andre received his master’s in public policy from the University of Minnesota Humphrey School of Public Affairs. He has experience with zoning and land use, community engagement, project management, and market analysis. Andre is the Co-Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Real Estate Diversity Initiative and is committed to creating positive change in the built environment.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Andre is a firm believer in maintaining a balanced and active lifestyle. You’ll often find him lacing up his running shoes, honing his boxing skills, or finding inner peace through yoga.
